Setting The Outlook for Email Requires the first Walk through completed.

 

1. How to create a new Email Address. .

This step is available in the Emai FAQ Section.  

 

First open your Outlook Exchange. Then select Tools tab and Select the Email Accounts Menu Option.

Select Email Accounts

 

Then Select Add a New Account and click Next.

 Then Select POP3 as your server type and Click Next.

 We then fill in all the necassary fields for the email address. In this Example were using the email address we created in the How to create a Email Address Tutorial.

So remember even though the email is This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it the user name has to be changed to web3_sales for the user login name.

We then Select More Settings and Select the Outgoing Server Tab. Then we check the My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication and

Use the same Settings as my incoming mail server. Then Click Ok.

This part is optional. IF your ISP Blocks port 25 for outgoing E-mails. Then you can change your port 25 to 587 for SMTP to work. This is the SMTP Port Workaround. Click on Advanced and change the number 25 to 587 and click Ok

Click ok then Test Account Settings.

If all is good then click Next the bottom of the screen.

Click Next and Done

 

Thats it. All you have to do to check your email now is click the Send/Recieve button at the top of exchange and your e-mail comes in.  

Repeat these steps for as many systems you need to configure with there own email addresses you created.
